Dedicated 8 personal training sessions to teach you the fundamentals of training and how to use everything in the gym expertly with confidence.
Structured sessions (with workout of course) just intertwined with a specific focus each time - Upper & lower body machines, barbells, racks & smith machines, benches & dumbbells, cables, attachments... everything.
1 month gym membership included if you currently hold one at a different gym. So you can do this, and then take what you learn back with you.
1:1 Solo with me or 1:2 (you and a friend/partner together) options available.
So you can minimise the risk of injury, learn how to use everything safely and effectively and know & apply principles of training.
Mainly work with beginner to intermediate level clients. Not bodybuilders or elite athletes.
